Total Ink Solutions - Puff Additive

Puff Additive is added to plastisol ink in the ratio of 2% - 30% by weight depending upon the puff effect of the printer.

Clean-Up:

All of our plastisol inks can be easily cleaned up with any of our plastisol ink cleaners.

Details
  • Curing Instructions: Flash at 230°F for 4 - 7 seconds and cure at 330°F for 30 - 45 seconds.
  • Storage Information: Store at 65-90°F (18-32°C), avoiding direct sunlight.
  • Clean-Up: Plastisol ink degradent or press wash.
