Sorta old pallet tape, cool customer service |

The pallet tape seems to be old with one side being discolored like darker yellow. Adhesive side also seems weaker compared to another one that I got from somewhere else that ran out. Sent an email to them about my problem and they quickly responded and sent out another one and told me to send back the one I got so it doesn't go to waste. New one came and sadly It was even more discolored than the first one so I just ended up returning the new one. All in all I really like buying supplies from them and the customer service is amazing, I'll just buy pallet tape somewhere else.
