CCI HDX Emulsion Hardener Remover

ProChem HDX is a specially formulated emulsion hardener remover. This product will break the chemical bond on a post-hardened emulsion. Once the chemical bond is broken, the emulsion can be removed using the normal procedure. ProChem HDX improves the speed and efficiency of the reclaim procedure on difficult post-hardened screens. First, apply ProChem HDX to both sides of a dry, post-hardened screen. Scrub both sides of the screen with a brush or pad. Allow ProChem HDX to dwell on the screen for 1-3 minutes. High pressure water rinse both sides of the screen.

Instructions for Use

Quick Tip: The use of a high pressure unit will make the reclaim (stripping) procedure easier.

1. Remove ink from screen, then apply HDX generously to both sides of a dry screen, directly on the post- hardened emulsion. Scrub (agitate) both sides of the screen with a semi-abrasive scrub pad.
2. Agitate both sides of the screen with a scrub pad. Allow the HDX to dwell on the screen for 1-3 minutes.
3. High pressure rinse the screen - starting at the bottom. If necessary, apply an emulsion remover and continue with the reclaim procedure.
