Plastisol Ultimate Mixing System (UMX) - Ultimate Red

This is the most versatile and up to date mixing system out there! UMX inks are non-phthalate, and are formulated for a perfect balance of color accuracy and opacity for optimal performance on press. Total Ink Solutions has invested incredible resources into developing the most accurate and cost-effective way for shops of all sizes to offer custom Pantone matched colors for their clients. These plastisol inks are bleed resistant, and meant for use with cotton and cotton / polyester blends. For best results, we recommend using a calibrated scale with at least .1 gram accuracy.

When printing on dark colored garments, it is best to use a white underbase so the colors are represented accurately. Without a white underbase colors may appear darker due to the garment color. White and other light color garments can be applied directly without the need of a white underbase.

Clean-Up:

All of our plastisol inks can be easily cleaned up with any of our plastisol ink cleaners.

Details

Curing Instructions: Flash at 230°F for 4 - 7 seconds and cure at 320°F for 30 - 45 seconds.
Storage Information: Store at 65-90°F (18-32°C), avoiding direct sunlight.
Clean-Up: Plastisol ink degradent or press wash.
