CCI Dip N' Strip Ink Cleaner and Emulsion Remover

Dip'N Strip is a water soluble, 2-in-1, ink degradent and emulsion remover. It is formulated to break-down UV and Plastisol Inks. Dip N' Strip will also remove all photo-polymer, diazo, and capillary film emulsions.

Instructions For Use

  1. Fill with appropriate amount of water then add Dip N' Strip to Dip Tank.
  2. 1 Gallon of Dip N' Strip can be diluted with up to 10 parts water.
  3. Place screens in dip tank and let dwell for 1-3 minutes.
  4. Only let screens soak until emulsion is soft enough to be rinsed off. Emulsion should not come off in dip tank.

We'll never use anything else again! Cheaper and much better than another brand that's supposed to be so Easy. Took 3 gallons for my 30 gal. tank as opposed to 10 gallons of the Easy Way, and I can refill the tank 3 times for the same cost as the other chemical. I wash the ink out before dipping, and as a test, I dipped the screen for about 30 seconds, and the emulsion washed off with ease. We recommend this product for any printer with a dip tank!
