Dual Cure Diazo Emulsion
Dual Cure emulsions are very easy to use and work great with plastisol and water based inks, but they need to be sensitized prior to use. All of our dual cure emulsions come with a pre-sized tube of Diazo sensitizer and a stirring stick for easy mixing. Simply fill the sensitizer tube with water (refer to bottle to see how much water should be added), shake it up, and then pour the full amount into the container of emulsion. After you pour the sensitizer in, mix it well with the provided stick and wait 2 to 3 hours or until bubbles subside.
*Don't forget, emulsion must always be handled in a dark room!
