Screen Details

305 Mesh screens are best used with water based inks and work well for super fine halftone graphics and full color designs using the CMYK 4 color process. Our aluminum screen frames are constructed with 6063T5 alloy, making them extremely durable and long lasting. Each screen is hand cut and welded to insure a water tight seal. After they are cut and welded, they are sanded smooth for flatness.

Arrived with a minor cut, but you guys really know good customer service! You not only let me keep the cut screen, but suggested a place where I can get it fixed, and you sent a new one. You guys are awesome! I'm definitely coming back to purchase things!
