I recently placed two orders for printed screens. Before ordering (since this is all new to me) I consulted with a customer service rep via e-mail who answered all questions that I had, and then answered still more questions in follow-up... all to my satisfaction. Ordering the screens was an easy process as I just watched the on-site video which took only a few minutes, and followed a few simple instructions. Upon placing my order I immediately received an e-mail asking me to forward my artwork, which I did (just remember to direct the artwork to the ART department). The next day, my order was complete and en-route. When the screens arrived, they were, well, perfect! I'll be back!
