Screen Details

200 Mesh screens are extremely versatile, and work well with water based inks as well as reduced plastisol inks. They are great for halftone and other high detail graphics, and also work exceptionally well for printing colors over white underbases. Since they lay down minimal ink, these screens ensure your prints have a nice soft hand. 200 mesh screens also work very well for printing on paper, but sometimes a 230 mesh would be preferred. Our aluminum screen frames are constructed with 6063T5 alloy, making them extremely durable and long lasting. Each screen is hand cut and welded to insure a water tight seal. After they are cut and welded, they are sanded smooth for flatness.

Custom Burned Screen	August 13, 2013

I'm completely new to screen printing. I ordered this custom screen from Anthem. I had a hard time finding what I needed locally and Anthem had it and for a good price. My screen came carefully and professionally packaged, and my first print turned out beautifully. Anthem was great about responding to my emailed questions as well. I'm impressed. Thanks!
